Creative Force Hanoi was founded in 2021 with just over 20 dedicated individuals working out of a co-working space. In just one year, we transformed this initial setting into a bespoke office spanning 750 square meters, with facilities to support the creative spirit that defines us.
Our workspace can accommodate up to 90 employees and is equipped with three well-equipped meeting rooms, a cozy pantry, and a coffee bar to fuel our daily endeavors. We prioritize the well-being of our team by providing a dedicated medical room, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Additionally, free parking is available to all our team members.
We foster a dynamic workplace culture by organizing various clubs and activities such as Foosball, PS5, and Board Game clubs for gaming enthusiasts and Music, Books, Walking, Movie, and Swimming clubs for those with diverse interests. We also organize exciting annual events like the Summer Trip and the Vietnam Summit, creating opportunities for our team to bond and create lasting memories.

In 2023, we planted our roots in Boston, opening up our first local office in the US. However, it didn't take long for us to outgrow our initial space. We recently moved to a new location with a breathtaking view of Boston Common and enough space to accommodate more employees as we continue to grow.
Our Boston team members work on a hybrid model and appreciate the opportunity to meet on-site several times a week, fostering creativity and drawing inspiration from the collaborative energy of our office.
We firmly believe that "we are better together," and our office culture is grounded in this belief. We enjoy spending time together and having outings, team dinners, and other fun events. These experiences bring us closer and help us work even better as a team. We are excited about the future and continue infusing our new Boston space with the Creative Force "vibe."

Typically, this means taking a hard look at initiatives that give us only short-term gains, questioning solutions that are difficult to scale, and avoiding placing unnecessary pressure on our people.

"Move Things To Done" refers to "Agile" and, specifically, Kanban boards, which we love enough to have built several into Creative Force. And we love nothing more than moving things to the "Done" column.
Why the emphasis on getting things done? Well, our company is growing insanely fast. This means that, unlike larger companies, we don't have the benefit of being able to sit around and discuss different problems and solutions for months. Ideas are surfaced, plans are created, and then those plans are executed, often within a very short period of time. It's the only way we can keep up with our own growth.
From this reality of hyper-growth, we have come to value getting things done. We all run into issues from time to time, but we all pride ourselves on our willingness to get our hands dirty and do what it takes to complete a task, allowing us to move on to the next business-critical task.

Thomas and Tejs
For over two decades, Creative Force co-founders Thomas Kragelund and Tejs Rasmussen have maintained a strong partnership focused on helping companies create better eCommerce experiences. Tejs was initially recruited by Thomas at his eCommerce consultancy, MCB. Recognizing their clients' need for improved product images, they went on to found Pixelz, an A.I.-powered retouching service.
Building upon Pixelz's success, they expanded their vision to tackle content studio challenges, which led to the launch of Creative Force. Today, Creative Force is an international company serving some of the biggest names in eCommerce.

North America and EMEA
With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, and HR, both in-house and as an external consultant, I lead all recruitment activities in Creative Force across EMEA, US and Canada.
I have an education in Project Management from Business Academy Aarhus, specializing in HR and Change Management. I am also a certified Scrum Master and certified in PRINCE2®.I care about the entire talent acquisition process; to me, it’s one of the most important areas in any organization. To achieve success, you need the right people and the right talent. Employees are the glue that makes it all stick together.
My priority is to create a recruitment process that reflects just that. A great candidate experience is the first step to a great employee experience.

I am an experienced professional in the information technology industry with a track record spanning over 9 years. Currently, I hold the position of leading all Recruitment and Employer Branding activities at Creative Force in Vietnam.
I hold a degree in Human Resource Management from Banking Academy of Vietnam, and I am also a certified Agile Leader from the University of Colorado system. These qualifications have equipped me with a strong foundation in both the technical and human aspects of building successful teams.
My goal is to establish Creative Force as a premier workplace that attracts top talent, including the brightest minds in software engineering.
