Do we need to commit to a minimum contract length?
Our standard contract requires a 12-month commitment. This gives you steady, reliable access to all our tools and support. It also allows us to work closely with your team, understand your needs, and adapt as your business grows over time.
What if we need to upgrade/downgrade our plan?

Your commitment to a specific plan and number of assets is locked for the duration of the contract period. However, you can always purchase additional assets as needed, benefiting from a tiered pricing structure where the cost per asset decreases with higher volumes.

Downgrades to a lower plan are not available during the active subscription period. However, at each contract renewal, you have the option to adjust your commitment by selecting a lower plan with fewer assets. This ensures flexibility in scaling up as needed while maintaining clarity and consistency in your contracted commitment.

Can we switch to a higher plan at any time?
Of course! You can upgrade your plan anytime. We’ll refund the unused part of your current plan, so you only pay for the time you used the lower plan. This makes switching to a higher tier at a lower cost is easy. Upgrading is simple, fast, and designed to support your growing needs.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don’t offer a free trial, but we do provide personalized demos to show how Creative Force fits your needs. Our team will walk you through our platform, highlighting the features most relevant to your business and answer any questions you might have. How do you define assets?
We define an asset as the output of the last step in a workflow. This ensures that only finalized and delivered outputs are counted—regardless of the number of intermediate steps or reworks. For example, if your team manages a photography project and uploads 100 raw images during the capture stage, but only 10 are selected for post-production and final delivery, only the 10 delivered images are counted as assets. (Remember, we estimate price based on the number of final assets your team projects it will deliver annually.)
