Marketing Operations Assistant
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global marketing campaigns while learning and applying professional, structured marketing processes.
As part of your role, you will manage LinkedIn outreach, conduct data collection and research, and handle ad hoc tasks following clear SOPs. Beyond operational tasks, you’ll collaborate with international teams, gaining hands-on experience in professional marketing systems and global strategies. Responsibilities
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, including sending pre-written messages and connecting with pre-selected targets across multiple accounts.
- Perform data collection tasks, such as scraping websites for logos/images, researching assigned locations, and other tasks based on detailed SOPs.
- Support the execution of global marketing campaigns by ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with international teams (chat and direct conversations in English).
- Manage ad hoc marketing tasks, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to procedures from start to finish.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in marketing operations and professional workflows.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, marketing operations, virtual assistance, or related roles. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a proactive mindset are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective communication with international teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or basic data tools is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Attention to detail, with the capability to follow structured SOPs and processes.
- Previous experience in LinkedIn outreach, virtual assistance, or marketing operations is a plus.
